PRISM Technology Readiness Scorecard

The PRISM Technology Readiness Scorecard is a 10-minute self-assessment that scores a software company's technology across five dimensions (Portfolio Fit, Risk Quantification, Infrastructure, Strategic Data, and Management) and returns a composite readiness band. It shows where technology protects or erodes enterprise value before a diligence room asks the same questions.

Common questions

What is the PRISM Technology Readiness Scorecard?
A 10-minute self-assessment that scores a software company's technology across the five PRISM dimensions (Portfolio Fit, Risk Quantification, Infrastructure & Engineering, Strategic Data Assets, and Management & Execution) and returns a composite readiness band from Technology Strength to Technology Deal Risk.
How long does it take?
About 10 minutes. Fifteen questions, three per dimension, plus two quick context questions about hold period and team size that reframe what your score means.
Who is it for?
Private equity deal and operating teams, and the CEOs, COOs, and CTOs of PE-backed and founder-led software companies who want a fast read on where technology protects or erodes enterprise value.
Is it accurate enough to act on?
The scorecard is a directional read, not a diligence report. It shows where the risk likely sits and what to look at first. A full PRISM review (document analysis, interviews, a written deliverable) is how those findings get priced.
What happens to my answers?
Your scores and answers are stored so we can email you the report and, if you want it, prepare a written read. We don't sell data or share it outside CCA.
What do I get at the end?
A composite readiness band, a dimension-by-dimension read with a plain-English line for each, a context-adjusted interpretation, and the option of a human-written read from Sujit within 48 hours.
